Join Brandy Osborne, Holistic Human Performance Coach with nearly 20 years of experience working alongside elite performers, including Hockey Canada, NHL athletes, and Cirque du Soleil artists.

She teaches practical, repeatable nervous system tools that allow you to:

We begin with an introduction from Brandy Osborne and Chase Stevenson on why this workshop was created and the problem it is designed to solve.

You will then learn and practice Elemental Breath and Nervous System Performance tools, including:

  • The science behind how stress impacts your energy and cognition
  • When to use specific breath tools for focus, calm, or activation
  • How to regulate emotional spikes before important conversations
  • How to reset your body in under 2 minutes

Brandy will guide you through seated and standing breath practices to help you experience the shift in real time.

You will also learn simple movement optimizers for posture, tissue health, and mental clarity — all designed to support longevity and high output.

There will be interactive discussion to ensure the tools apply directly to the challenges you are currently navigating.

We close with insight into our next workshop theme and an opportunity to connect with the community.

All participants leave with a Playbook to continue applying the practices immediately.

THE CREATORS OF THE WORKSHOP:

Brandy Osborne

A lover of life, innovation, creativity, adventure, play, and growth, Brandy is dedicated to sharing knowledge and tools with those facing challenges. Her passion lies in supporting others to achieve their dreams on their own terms. People often turn to her when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or when they sense untapped potential within themselves. They come to Brandy for guidance across mental, physical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.

Brandy is known as the “Wayshower,” providing various pathways to achieve high performance, bliss, and fulfillment. The “Bliss State” she helps people find is something many seek, moving away from artificial substitutes like food, coffee, or alcohol, in favor of authentic creation and control.

With humility, Brandy shares her experiences, including supporting four players to win the Stanley Cup, with two achieving it twice, and her work with Hockey Canada and Cirque Du Soleil for seven years each. Her influence has reached numerous NHL players and goalies, as well as many individuals pursuing “Excellence.” Her greatest joy comes from the ongoing journey with her clients toward personal freedom and fulfillment. Her passion is evident in every step of this journey. 

Chase Stevenson

is an athlete, entrepreneur, and coach dedicated to helping others reach their potential and enrich their lives.

As a former Division I hockey captain, Chase excelled in high-pressure situations. He was honored to speak at a university graduation before over 50,000 people, reinforcing his leadership and communication skills.

Transitioning from hockey, Chase worked as an investment banker in New York City, where he experienced global markets and leadership, even ringing the closing bell at the stock exchange.

Now, as a professional HYROX athlete and ultramarathon runner, Chase competes at a high level and builds businesses focused on health, performance, and community.

Chase believes true success comes from within. Through breathwork, mindset training, and performance tools, he helps entrepreneurs and leaders gain clarity and resilience to create better businesses and live more intentional lives.
