MEET THE REWILDING SENSORY EXPERIENCE VISIONARY BRANDY OSBORNE

Brandy has dedicated her life to studying health and human performance and the holistic approach to reclaiming mind, body and soul harmony.  She believes that the traditional model of the “human being” is outdated and that we are actually “Elemental Beings” with boundless potential. 

Brandy is committed to creating experiences that inspire, educate, and empower individuals of all ages and genders to optimize their lives through a holistic system. 

Through her teachings, coaching, and leadership, Brandy shows others how to use their inner resources and physiology to maximize their performance in various areas such as their mental, physical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual body. Brandy founded The Elemental Being and The Elemental Athlete, Project-ReWild, and I am ReWilding Movement. She is a well-known teacher, course creator, writer, speaker, as well as a Registered Massage Therapist and Registered Sport Massage Therapist.

What will I experience?

12:45 pm - 1:00 pm Arrival

Brandy Osborne will greet you and guide you into The Cocoon, a home and retreat space in the Lower Mission of Kelowna with soulful, bohemian, and cozy decor. She will invite you to unwind, settle, and receive an engaging and inspiring experience of sound, olive oil, wine, and cheese. 

1:15 pm - 1:45 pm

Brandy will guide our group on a journey that will educate, inspire, and empower them to use their senses with awareness and intention.

1:45 pm - 2:30 pm

Anthony will share Marina Colonna’s journey and the creation of her award-winning Olive Oils and their land in Molise, Italy. He will introduce your palate to different olive oil flavours and instruct you on how to fully experience the flavours with your senses and how to honour these elite olive oils in your creative dishes.

2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Michael Averill will provide a profound sound experience to support your body’s deepening experience of receiving the nourishment and nature of your olive oil.

3:00 pm - 3:50 pm

Tanja Martell from the Gone West Club will present her passion and the story of the wine vineyards and the souls that run them, the layers of depth behind the sensory experience, and how it relates to the land. She will share Mirjana’s heartled story from Grate Cheesery and the story of the cheeses that will be paired with the wines. There is a science and art behind these pairings, and you will leave with a depth of wisdom that will add to your culinary experiences.

3:50 pm - 4:30 pm

Brandy will share the wisdom of the experience and harness it to add more depth, meaning, and memorable moments to your life. Michael will add a harmonizing element to receive the wisdom behind your ReWilding Sensory Experience.

Michael Averill

Musician, community connector, storyteller, and wandering minstrel

Since 2011, Kelowna-born Michael Averill has been fostering the growth of artists, storytellers, and community connections on a local, regional, and global scale. He walked more than 4000 miles through Canada over an 8-year tour called “I’d Rather Walk,” sharing songs and encouraging others to share their stories. His unorthodox musical travels as a wandering minstrel, fused with his past experience as an exercise/wellness coach has provided Michael with a unique blend of field knowledge, wisdom, and a knack for bringing people together.

Onstage, Michael’s performance versatility ranges from southern lap steel slide blues, to intricate finger-style folk, to driving shanties about mismatched socks. He combines buttery guitar licks and philosophical wordplay into the perfect blend of silly and sensitive.
